These pendants are made by ceramic artist Monique from the south of France. She uses volcanic ash and pours into slip molds. The white milky glaze reveals some of the dark clay underneath. This oval has an abstract design and a raw edge raw silk ribbon is used to give a wabi sabi (imperfect) look .
